The Maineville Professional Building will be leased at a rate of $15.00 dollars per square foot per year on 3 year minimum lease. For any extended lease over 3 years an adjustment of the per square foot price will be made. If a lease is contracted  prior to or during construction  another reduction on the per square foot price will be made as an additional incentive.

Standard fees that will be assessed to the leasing parties are C.A.M. fees and any improvements to the interior will be assessed at a cost plus basis. The utilities, internet and/or cable systems are paid by the leasing parties. Water and sewer and provided by Finegan Development
